More than just the same old drill format, each drill has three levels ranging in difficulty from little league to Division I. The coach is given the opportunity to evaluate where the team level is but also where each player is. You are given a step by step method within each drill to improve your squad and individual players. Learning is a progress activity and I believe that this formate allows for progression. It is uniquely different from the "Here's a drill, work your squad, and repeat until executed correctly." I have been fortunate enough to have started coaching in junior high school, high school, elite travel teams, DIII, DII, and DI.
